John,
Reminds me of the songs from my Pride and Prejudice cd. I love those songs, they emote a dreamy feeling.

Stevie Thanks for the boost Stevie! Glad you like it. Not sure if I'll find a market for it, but I need to compose pieces like this from time to time. Best, John

Hi John,
Yeah, this is a beauty...nice build and release of intensity in there...holding us, then letting us go...enjoyed it!

WHAT NO PICTURE!!!!! Very "classic" sound (pun intended). Takes me to another time and place. One nit...at the end it doesn't seem to end with finality and needs alittle something at the very end, something more conclusive. I feel like there wasn't an ending not that I wanted it to end. Best, Lynn

Hi John, You compose such beautiful pieces I envy you EVERY time I listen. So just out of curiosity how long have you been playing? I doubt I'll live long enough to learn to play like you but the thought of buying a piano has occurred to me. Dottie

Best, Lynn Hi Lynn! Sorry about not having a picture. I just added a pic of me playing piano. Yeah, the ending... I was torturing myself over leaving it ring out naturally or fading it a bit early. I did leave it ring out naturally - but a little too long. I just added a new link with an edited fade. I think that gives it more finality. Let me know what you think. Thanks for mentioning that. Best, John

I am an old man. Started with an accordion - yuk! Then an organ - not bad. Then the love of my life - PIANO!BTW, I do love the accordion in French and Italian cafe type music. I was a slow learner Dottie. I'm sure you could accomplish as much in half the time. Buy a piano! John

Strong calsical vibe to this one. To me it sounds like something you would here in a movie during a very somber meloncholy scene. Nice work creating a mood.

Tom W. Well put Tom. That's what I do. I create moods. Hopefully in the process some good music as well. Thanks, John

Heartbreakingly, classical lovely, John. I love that little build-up in intensity. And such a pretty melody. Donna

Pam Thank you Pam - and welcome aboard. Don't think I welcomed you on JPF yet. I'm wondering if there is a volume element involved in your explanation??? Not sure. These darn old ears of mine. Can be frustrating. Best, John

I think it is very beautiful though the music makes me think more of the older movies, almost like the old talkies, to a certain extent. It may "date" it alittle when looking for a market in television or a movie today, but nice nonetheless...all of your stuff is. Freaking too much talent for one man, not fair Kim

John, As always, an enjoyable interlude. You come up with some pretty melodies and you sure know how to deliver them on the keyboard. Bravo!

I re-thought this piano solo (dynamically). I think this will be the final version. Of course I may change my mind again... A Logic Pro guy gave me some good advice (I'm humbled) - and Jan started my re-thinking on this track. Thanks Jan! I posted the new version on the first post titled "Classical Heartbreak Two". Best, John

Yes, it's definitely a "date" track Kim. Hey, I'm an old guy. . Surprisingly several of these type tracks have been placed. I'll make sure I include the "History Channel" in my descriptions.
