Is this rap? If so, I'm having trouble just speaking the beat pattern for 5th line in the verses.

I meant part of it to be rap. Well, I made up a tune just now, in which the verses are sort of rappy-crappy...as well as the singing.

Interesting lyric

I think you have some good points in this one. As I work in a prison I do often see this so you pointed out some very relevant stuff here. However I am not entirely sure that most of them come from broken homes. I think a lot of them come from families where the Mother an Father are still together. As they get the last name of both the Father and the Mothers maiden last name. Other than that cool lyric!
