NEW cars are for CHUMPS...JMO, Natch! (Tho, yeah, if the CD starts Sellin', a nice Jag WOULD be fun to Blow a Bundle on...heh!)

Any Relation to ANDY Devine..who played "Jingles" on Wild Bill Hickock TV Show?
I Met Andy at a YMCA Day Camp when I was a Kid...my First Real Celeb--was REALLY Impressed! (& Andy WAS a "HUGE Success" I'll Tellya!)

I find at My Advanced Age, it's far EASIER to just write Funny Ones rather than DEEP ROMANTIC Drama... I'm a Former Cartoonist, and these Babies are LOTS Easier than Inkin' In panel-after-panel.
(Takes over 2 Hours to Draw a Cartoon...vs 15 Minutes to Write a Lyric.) Plus I never COULD Draw Women.
(Artistically, that is...heh!)

Not that I ever Tired of Studyin' Anatomy...but I've Digressed...

I am Blessed with hearin' Melodies as-I-Write, yet Cursed with having NO Instruments I can Play. Years of Wheedlin' and Begging Competent Musicians-cum-Home Studios has lately been Paying Off...that and Blowin' a Big Chunk of a Small Inheritance last March-April in Branson resulted in my Freshman CD, "DON'T YOU EVER GROW OLD", now bein' Hustled at CD BABY.Com.

If you Do Vocals/Like Comedic Stuff, Check out "PIECE OF MEAT POLKA" now languishing on the Other Lyrics Feedback Board here. Needs a Gal Singer with PLENTY of Attitude. (WISH Judy Temuta'd sober up long enough to do the CD she was GONNA 2 Years Back...she'd LUNGE for This One!)

We really SHOULD Co-Write SOMETHING..what Publisher can Resist a "Devine/Good" Song? ;-)>

Well Stan I look at it this way. I critique her as much as most and more than some, Twix here, the MP3 forum, along with both Songrwiters and musicians forums, I do my bit for the forum right here and all m8y stuff and replies I do are dste findab;e easily.
With Judy, Noel, Myself and now Ray all i here, they can come get as much aussie butt kicking the want and need.
Woops I forgit the Comunity forum. And on that note in case nobody checks it out Sept 11 th is still holding a place in IUMA country charts. #21 last look.
Add to that the scoutong for new stuff for Roar radio. I really think I di enough right where I am Stan.
I do go to the antique forum now and then and have a squizz, In fact have broke my don't comment rule in ther a couple of times when I figured I could help with a techi problem. And last look had not got a kiss by butt let alonr a thank you.
Yeah most in there have a lot to learn. And not only about lyric writing.
Why go looking for another paddock I say when the best grazing is right in here?
Other point I note is. My last reply here was nearly 16 hours ago and there have only been 16 posts to kick it down the page. That is slow enough without me dividing my time twix two sites.
