Mixed Reaction I'd say......Last 2 years ( which have been the entire series within Australia) the 1st place WINNER has been OUTSOLD in Album and Single sales by the 2nd place winner.......Do the aussies have it right???? I have no clue! I do know that at least the public are getting a choice into the type of performer they are wanted to listen to ....even if it is only 16 weeks of the year! All music has it's place, I just wish they would encourage the winners and lable bound entrants to write and perform more 'original' material instead of half arse re-makes of brillant classic's and become 'Artist's' instead of monkey's on a stage.
