Verse 1 Life’s a burning building, you can’t escape Smoke in your lungs, sweat on your fate Every exit sign’s been shot to hell And the fire don’t care who rings the bell They say “stay calm,” but calm don’t breathe When the roof comes down on what you believed Pre-Chorus I’ve seen prayers melt into the floor Heard hope scream once, then nothing more Chorus Life’s a burning building, you can’t get out You can crawl, you can run, you can curse, you can shout Some folks jump, some just stand and wait Me—I light a cigarette and walk through the flame Yeah, life’s a burning building And I ain’t afraid Verse 2 Raised on bad news and borrowed time Handshake deals and crooked signs Everybody’s selling fireproof lies While the heat keeps climbing in their eyes I don’t trust ladders, I don’t trust saints They all burn the same when the walls cave in Pre-Chorus If this is hell, it’s well-designed Looks just like home with better light Chorus Life’s a burning building, you can’t get out You can pray, you can beg, you can scream it loud Some folks break, some negotiate Me—I make peace with the smoke and wait Yeah, life’s a burning building And I ain’t afraid Bridge No sirens coming, no rescue crew Just you and the truth and the heat you choose A man ain’t judged by how he’s saved But how he stands when he’s engulfed in flames Chorus (Half-Time / Meaner) Life’s a burning building, doors all sealed Faith turns brittle when it gets real You can die on your knees or stand up straight I’ll die walking forward through the blaze Outro Life’s a burning building, match already struck You don’t beat the fire—you decide how you burn up
We’re all built from the same dust and dreams, Different roads, but the same means.

So no suggestions , Just a personal attack ? Aren't Christians suppose to be forgiveness , turn the other cheek and love thy neighbor ? My name is not Frank , It's Ben Krahne

Aren't we all entitled to our opinions? Surely you were asking for mine... You don't actually expect this to influence kids on the radio, do you?
If you don't want my reply, then ban me. Or, go back to the "MUSE", Frank.
isn't that just a personal attack ? Well life is kinda a burning building , But he's not afraid , it's a good message. Why would kids have a problem with that ?

If the character of a man is truly defined by how he burns,,,,,, Then, go back to the "MUSE" and light a match, Frank...
Thats attacking me again . Life is pretty ruff , But the character is handling it by saying he's not afraid. Thats a strong positive message on life's perils .
