I have not written anything....ever! This is no exception! lol. Just a noodle thing based loosely on not fitting in , breaking rules in a new place resulting in banishment to ...Siberia haha. not serious . just some fun. any and all add-ons...begged for! haha Feb 5 updated, w Dave Gill suggestions Bill
Intro Siberia, Siberia Siberia, Siberia
verse 1 How did I get here? What exactly did I do? A lesson's to be learned , no doubt As a greenie, "I Be New"
verse 1 How I ended here I've no flipping clue A lesson learned , no doubt For the greenie, "He Be New"
prechorus Comrade, Hey Buddy, a little vacation? You will like your new location
chorus Soooooooooooo When in Siberia do Do as the natives locals do But Why here , seems so mean I've had a revelation So I am Working my way back Working my way back Back to the main stream Back to civilization
verse 2 Square peg in the round Trying to fit in But Gee with all these rules I'm Coming up a little thin
bridge
The streets are barren The light lum low The night crawls slow and gloomy I trip tumble roads With tamped down spirit I need to ferret This tomb free Some vacation. I need civilization!
chorus
Tag Main stream being civil, is where its at There is no question of that

Hmm....just reading that over....I think I need it to be clearer in my chorus that I am now in Siberia......
and also I should have 3 more prechorus sections since I sing the chorus 3 times? all should be different?

Hey Bill!
I'll take a stab here with a thought or two...
How did I get here? What exactly did I do? A lesson's to be learned , no doubt As a greenie, "I Be New"
Comrade, a little vacation? <--- I'm not feeling "comrade" here. Although I think I get the reference. You will like your new location
Soooooooooooo When in Siberia do Do as the locals do But I've had a revelation So I am Working my way back Working my way back Back to civilization
Something like that anyways...
As always, KoS.
Peace,
Dave

Being shunned by institution is like a hot coat in summer. Shrug out of it and be cool.
And keep writing, I tell myself. From this am, came: (re syberia.)
The streets are barren The light lum low The night crawls slow and gloomy
I trip tumble roads With tamped down spirit I need to ferret This tomb free
Some vacation. I need civilization!
Could this be a bridge???

Peace,
Dave Thanks for your help with this David. Part of the prompt was bluegrass punk…..so the Robbys throw in that high muted banjo thing that skirts the snare like wow!
