BMI on my online medical charts says that I am "overweight."
24.9 BMI (CDC) for me would be 189#. I don't really have that to lose.
PCare Doc says that I skew it because of muscle mass.

That was my dad's weight. He was 5-8 and about 145#, maybe less as he got older..
He lived to be 97, and would have lived longer, if not for a fall and fractured hip that laid him out and made him susceptible to things like pneumonia.

I try to eat right.
Do full body workouts twice a weeks.
10-12 weightlifting exercises twice a week, 3 sets, 8-12 reps.
Do intervals on a track twice a week.

All of my doctors compliment my physical condition for my age.
As do others. It takes effort and luck with genes.
