This is the 3rd time that I have had to correct you on facts.

Trump was not convicted of anything.

He was found liable in a NY civil court for alleged sexual abuse and defamation.
There was no criminal court. There was no criminal conviction.

The alleged incident occurred in 1995 or 1996. Carroll could not say for sure whether she was assaulted before or after the Christmas holidays.
The court cases for defamation, assault and liability were in 2023 and 2024.
The statute of limitations had run out, but NY passed a single-year-window "look back" law in 2023 allowing the lawsuit beyond the SOL. That seems timely.

There was no physical evidence that Trump and Carroll were ever at the Bergdorf Goodman department store together. No video. Nothing.
There was Carroll's testimony and the testimony of 2 of her confidants that she told them about it at the time.
There were testimonies from other woman who alleged, without physical evidence, that Trump assaulted them.

A LAW and ORDER episode aired in 2012 with the same story line, portrayed at that exact location. That was brought up and dismissed as irrelevant.

With no incontrovertible physical evidence and nothing but confidant testimony, I would find for no plaintiff 23 years after a crime.

He entered dressing rooms at beauty pageants while contestants (young women) were changing. He paid women hush money. Trump bragged that he could grab women by the p**** because he was famous. Marty, he said that himself. Over 25 women accused him of acts similar to what he described. Who knows how many women preferred to remain silent. I feel sad for these women. They can’t defend themselves because he’s got the money, he’s got the lawyers, he’s got the power. You make it sound like these women are the criminals. Personally, I think that he did Stormy Daniels. I think most people think that he did. But we looked at Trump and the political machine that was trying to destroy him and decided that the machine was much more corrupt, dangerous, and a much greater threat to the republic, than Trump.

I had my own section, "Marty's Roadhouse."

I quit early on because of the acrimony. If I left an opinion on something, some moron came back at it with insults.
Some guy named Jo emailed me after a couple of months and said that people agreed with me on a lot of stuff and wanted me to come back.
Unsuspecting...I did.
I went back and commented on some guy singing slightly off key, and a tragically troubled personality was allowed to slam me for pages with no moderation.
I still have the unhinged diatribe saved in my files.
You appear a kindred spirit to that personality.
I complained and was given the silly excuse of "free speech."
Same pattern as here.

So I decided to test their rules and have fun with it. I handed back all of the "free speech" that they could handle.
Ultimately, they banned me. Which I was fine with.
Shortly later, the site was gone altogether. With that management style, no surprise there. Their biggest draw was arguments.

What I did NOT do,
I did not level middle school insults at people like a troll such as yourself.
I handed people a look at their disconnected thinking in new light.
I had one guy tell me my insults were "beyond the pale."
I responded by saying that I had been argumentative but kept my punches above the belt.
