The article I mentioned specifically mentioned a worldwide tidal wave, which is why I cited it. Every major culture has worldwide flood legends.

As for "estimations", that's wishful guesswork with zero proof.

Everything I "learned" in grammar school about Neanderthals "evolving" into Cro-Magnons, which then "evolved" into "modern man" is now exposed as nonsense. All three are now believed to have inter-married, which just means Beyonce married Jay-Z and Julia Roberts married Lyle Lovett several thousand years ago.

The "experts" don't know anything, which the last three years have taught us well.

Scientists do have to correct themselves a lot.

But I tell you what...They launched Voyager 1 in 1977. 45 years later it is beyond our solar system and still sending back signals.
I couldn't have done that. They get something right now and then.

Grouch nailed it! If we inbred and evolved from the Neanderthals and Cro-Magnons, then they must have all been alphabetasexual as well. That's why there's no missing link! It's the "inbred-evolutionary" natural order Marty, makes perfect sense!

All the "elitist aristocracy" have probably know this for centuries...

It's the reason alphabetasexuals are perfectly justified in believing that they are "higher-mindedly evolved" than the rest of humanity... Mother Nature is universally biased.

Say what what?
Can you break down for me what this actually means? I truly don't understand. 1-2-3 it for me please.
I get that alphabetsexuals means LBGQ et al. Bring me up from there.

I dont think that is the case Tony.
I just cant seem to fully understand what you wrote.
Give an old guy a break and spell it out for me as if addressing Mrs Funkner's 3rd grade class.

Are you sure that you're not just evading the scrutiny that making your POV clear would invite?

Well, if that's the wall here, then that's the wall.

Evolution and genetics is wonderful

It is exactly right that researchers now believe our hominid ancestors interbred as much as any closely related individual genomes can today.

We have animal husbandry and crop development in agriculture as examples of deliberately developing onward genetic characteristics from individual varieties.

Two days ago the New York Times published an atricle about how the genetic marker that allowed indoviduals to survive the Black Plague is now seen as responsible for auto immune disorders like Cron's disease.
https://www.nytimes.com/2022/10/19/science/bubonic-plague-black-death-genetic-protection.html

Perhaps a human being is just a genome's way of creating another genome?

I saw that article yesterday. Highly conjectural but possibly true. Interesting for sure.
I'm still trying to determine if eating eggs is a bad or a good thing.
And I've read that our two legged ancestors interbred and did not split off into entirely segregate groups (e.g. Neanderthals)which then went entirely extinct.

What I've no idea of is the connection between all of that and "alphabetsexuals."
Maybe you can explain it.?

Sorry, ya gotta talk to Tony on that one Marty.

BTW I expect you can see a human being as just a genome's way of creating another genome, you can believe that heaven for a genome is its human expression.

John

My conceptual understanding of genes and genomes is so limited that I don't know enough to really have an opinion.

As far as heaven... I don't know... I just watch and wonder.
And asked Tony questions. 🙂

Tony
I am going to read this but I don't have time now.
I want to thank you for putting something secular and tangible forward...though the huffpost is a far-left-leaning propaganda mill. They (similar to Hannity) are going to find someone who will make a case for their agenda and put them forward as if they are fact...leaving out "the rest of the story." I used to read HUFFPOST regularly but their stuff was so watery and agenda driven that I stopped out of boredom. Nothing tangible to be learned.

Nonetheless...it is a fact that many people read and accept their stuff without questioning. That makes it worth reading here.
Thanks again for advancing it.

Marty

Not familiar with that, but I'll take your word for it.

Read both articles. Bout what I expected. No way to really verify anything, unless you could interview a caveman from 150000 years ago.
Imho...they started with the desired conclusion and worked their way back from there. The latter weaved in all sorts of anatomical references that I know nothing about.

My opinion...
Proves nothing. Changes nothing.

Oh, my genome loves to roam
In a monochrome astrodome
chromosomes in a catacomb
Just a syndrome without a home
A mobile home or the church of Rome
A frozen stone in styrofoam
I'm the unknown on your phone
Trapped alone in a fossil bone... O_o

This popped up in my Youtube feed regarding human evolution. It is short and well presented.
Do I think that everything in it is dead-on infallible fact?

No. There is no way to fill in all of the gaps looking at a few pieces of skeletons and tools.

But I personally believe that the information presented is basically correct. And informative on multiple levels whether you accept it or not.

Nuclear Earth 2022
By Hal Lindsey

On August 6, 1945, the Book of Revelation grew dramatically more vivid to its readers. At 8:15 am local time (11:15 pm in Washington) the United States dropped an atomic bomb called “Little Boy” on a Japanese city. While still aboard ship returning from the Allied conference at Potsdam, President Truman released this statement. “Sixteen hours ago an American airplane dropped one bomb on Hiroshima…. That bomb had more power than 20,000 tons of T.N.T…. It is an atomic bomb. It is a harnessing of the basic power of the universe.”

According to the National WWII Museum, “The temperature at ground level reached 7,000 degrees Fahrenheit in less than a second. The bomb vaporized people half a mile away from ground zero. Bronze statues melted, roof tiles fused together, and the exposed skin of people miles away burned from the intense infrared energy unleashed. At least 80,000 people died instantly.”

When students of scripture heard about the level of destruction imposed on Hiroshima, the descriptions reminded many of them of things they had read before — prophetic passages from the Bible. The difference was that the Bible describes such events as more widespread on the earth than one or two cities. Hiroshima and Nagasaki did not fulfill the prophecies, but they gave a chilling picture of how such prophecies might be fulfilled.

The book of Zechariah was written more than 2,500 years ago. In chapter 14, verse 12 it vividly describes what happened to thousands at Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. “Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet, Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets, And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths.” We know it happens instantly because it happens while they are still standing. The word translated “dissolve” literally means “to melt.” A better reading of the verse would say, “Their flesh will melt while they stand on their feet, and their eyes will melt in their sockets, and their tongues will melt in their mouths.”

In giving a timeline of the bombings, the Atomic Heritage Foundation says that within a second of detonation, the superheated air above the ground glowed. “A woman sitting on steps on the bank of the Ota river, a half a mile away from ground zero, instantly vaporizes.”

Many of the Bible’s “nuclear war” prophecies take place during what we usually call the tribulation — the final seven years before Christ’s return. Jesus promises to catch away the Church before the tribulation begins. That’s good news for His followers. But the Bible does not say that all nuclear war must take place in those seven years. It has already happened outside those years, and it can happen again at any point.

A month ago, the threat of nuclear weapons being used on a modern battlefield had risen to a simmer. It’s now beginning to boil. Russian television is working hard to prepare the Russian people for the use of what are called battlefield nuclear weapons. We’re not talking about the bombs attached to intercontinental ballistic missiles hitting New York or London. We’re talking about smaller and more portable nukes used against cities like Kyiv. Here’s the conundrum. The United States cannot allow Russia to get away with such attacks. But if it responds with direct military intervention, it will have just unleashed World War III.

Exactly 60 years ago, we were in the middle of what is now known as the Cuban Missile Crisis. It was the closest the world has yet come to a nuclear cataclysm. On October 6th of this year, the President of the United States said this is the worst it has been since then.

We have already entered the period known in the Bible as “perilous times.” They are perilous because unthinkable bombs are aimed at our great cities by people who seem just mad enough to use them. They are perilous because lawlessness has already taken over some of those same cities. And they are perilous because humanity’s war with its Creator is now being fought among the smallest of children.

It is not our job to figure out the day or hour of the Lord’s coming. But Jesus did tell us to understand the times and the seasons in which we live. Whatever we hope to accomplish for Christ and His Kingdom in this life, we must do with urgency.

It's true that Armageddon is God's judgment, but the "restraining Spirit" (the true faithful) are taken out of the way so evil can finally have full reign on Earth for a short time (seven years). Christ returns to put an END to that evil self destruction! Then, He sets up His Kingdom in Israel and rules as King of kings and Lord of lords. THAT'S THE "GOOD NEWS" YOU SEEM TO IGNORE!

I've been taught that anger is just repressed fear... What are you afraid of Steve?

At my age, 75. I am afraid of nothing...the Holy Spirit abides within me...nice try hoping to move the conversation from Hal's words to me but it not going to work. My comments were not out of anger/fear. The Hals of the world need to be shown to everyone who they are...snake oil salesman at best.

And please I never ignore the good news, but Hal does most of the time.

I've been taught that anger is just repressed fear... What are you afraid of Steve?

Is that by others teaching you or by self analysis? If it's by others you might want your money back, it's probably a bit more than "just repressed fear"

Thank you for allowing me to take another crack at con man Hal

JAPOV please understand that I am only interested in calling out Lindsey when he puts out stuff like you posted. You posted something of his on the 16th and I did not comment because, other than his opening sentence, I had no beef. This is never about you because I think what you do is important and refreshing here at JPF. I will continue to comment on Hal's posts though. And besides I'm a big fan of your music

All of them were gay? Somehow I missed that when I watched the video.
Can you specifically point out on the time marker where that statement was made.

It's cumulative Marty... Yes, I'm a conservative Christian constitutionalist. I have been "Hyper Aware" of the political liberal agenda to sway public opinion and indoctrinate school age children since high school back in the early 80s. As a military brat, moving every 1 1/2 - 2 years coast to coast, I caught on quickly to the differences in regional political ideologies. I was made well aware of my racist and intolerant heritage the first time we moved to So Cal, with my boots and Southern drawl lol... But the thing that always truly amazed me in the West was the public, flamboyant, political emphasis on "equal rights" for the smallest minority in the world... homosexuals.

I learned something about myself, at a very young age, by listening to all the adults argue the issue... There's simply not enough homosexuals in the world for me to give a damn about. Seriously, unless there's a parade, you rarely ever see them. So, since I'm not gay, it has simply never been an issue for me... until now. It seems like I have watched the issue evolve into this "mainstream struggle for validation" all my life!

Let me reiterate here, I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A DAMN ABOUT WHO ANYONE IS HAVING SEX WITH, EXCEPT ME! However, today's "alphabetasexuals" are still the smallest of minorities, but seem to have the loudest political voice.

WHY?!?

How did the entire planet become so saturated with homosexual politics? Haven't you noticed? Absolutely every bit of mainstream media has been proudly propagating the notion that everyone is potentially gay for the last 20yrs or more! It's included in EVERYTHING now! Drag queens are teaching "sex ed" to grade school children!

Sleep with whoever the hell you want because I STILL DON'T GIVE A DAMN! And, frankly, I think that's the way it should be! Isn't that what the equality they've been marching in the streets for all these years ultimately looks like? As the smallest minority on the planet, why the hell should alphabetasexuals care what "I" think? Please consider how stupid it is to force ME to have a POLITICAL OPINION about someone else's SEXUALITY!

The way they keep going after grade school children forces me to consider more nefarious political motives for their actions...

Tony,

That post, in all of our ramblings, is the first time that you have clearly and emphatically answered a question of mine. Thank you for that. On second thought, there was another instance where you did.

Your array of opinions are representative of the way that many people feel and it adds clarity to my vantage of the world to be be able to read them stated so clearly.

Be careful though, there are may people, some dangerous, who feel that you have no right to hold your opinions. I'm not one one of them.

Minorities go to where power is concentrated and amplified in order to overcome majorities and make the changes that they want. State Capitols, DC, the Supreme Court, the media. Sometimes justifiably, sometimes not so much. Allowing biological males to compete against biological females in high school and college athletics is one of the glaring not-so-muches.

Centralization of power and the resistance to it is probably the biggest battlefield in the "Culture wars." That issue festered and set the stage for the rise of Donald Trump (who proved to be kind of a nut job)...has continued to boil. Imho it is not Donald Trump that threatens "democracy." It is the degenerate behaviors within our constitutional republic that threaten it, creating a backlash and giving rise to sometimes dubious "strong men" who will "fix it" by imposing "law and order."

Civilization is a process, sometimes ascending, sometimes descending, sometimes both at the same time. The United States is in serious decline by most time-tested measures. Not the least of which is a NATIONAL DEBT that no one believes will ever be paid back. The problem is once a country has degenerated this much, the "fix" may be harder to live through than the decline.

For you the fix seems to be ARMAGEDDON and beyond. That's not a fix that I am in favor of wink

The above is excerpted from the Book of Marty. It is worth what you paid for it.

Code word: overlap.

Just some thoughts...JAPOV... I'm one of those liberals but with a flare for law and order so I'm only partially insane. I also thought Nixon was pretty good until he went stupid on everyone

But the thing that always truly amazed me in the West was the public, flamboyant, political emphasis on "equal rights" for the smallest minority in the world... homosexuals.

This is not true... the smallest minority in the world is that single human being whose “equal rights” have been denied him/her and who does not have a voice...

There's simply not enough homosexuals in the world for me to give a damn about.

This is the single most important statement in this entire post IMO. It represents the singular reason for the very existence of your stated “homosexual politics” Public indifference. Those in society, who wish to do harm to the LGBTQ community (in all its forms) depend heavily on public indifference to accomplish their goals. In essence you have answered your own question.

In reading this part, I feel you have boiled the issues of the LQBTQ community down to having sex and nothing else. You then seem to denigrate/mock them by using "alphabetasexuals". IMO this shows a lack of understanding of the myriad of problems/issues facing the LGBTQ community living in a society indifferent to those issues. Thankfully they have been loud and political and thank God the decades long women’s suffragette movement didn’t give up because it has given the LGBTQ community and other communities the strength to go the distance and not stop.

Please consider how stupid it is to force ME to have a POLITICAL OPINION about someone else's SEXUALITY!

That is your own personal choice by virtue of living in the land of the free.

Seriously, unless there's a parade, you rarely ever see them.

Really “them”? Oh, you mean like some endangered species? Thankfully the whooping crane population is beginning to recover, but needed government laws to help “them”. Kinda like laws needed to protect LGBTQ. The reality is the LGBTQ community makes up just less than 6% of the population and growing. Which means every 16th person you walk by or talk to or see is a member. They walk “openly” among us now and they’re not going away.

The way they keep going after grade school children forces me to consider more nefarious political motives for their actions.

If they break the law, they must go to jail but one persons indoctrination is another persons meaningful education to highlight the truths of society.

I must disagree Steve... These are the most important points I tried to make;

-So, since I'm not gay, it has simply never been an issue for me... until now.
-I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A DAMN ABOUT WHO ANYONE IS HAVING SEX WITH, EXCEPT ME!
-Isn't that what the equality, they've been marching in the streets for, all these years, ultimately looks like?
-why the hell should alphabetasexuals care what "I" think?
-Please consider, how stupid it is to force (someone like) "ME" to have a "POLITICAL OPINION" about someone else's "SEXUALITY"!

The politics of this issue have become "lawfully adversarial"! The irony is, it denigrates and even criminalizes the majority who "ARE NOT GAY!"
6% of the population??? Only in San Fransisco, Steve...

It wasn't the moral majority who invented "cancel culture"...

Wrong again! This is "POLITICS" under the guise of sexuality. They are counting upon the sexual indifference of the majority in order to further their political agenda. Fear of "cancellation" just emphasizes the ambivalence!

Women's Suffrage and LGBTQ issues do not equate Steve, that's just ridiculous! The alphabetasexuals create social issues for themselves by using politics and minority interest law to rub their "SEXUALITY" in everyone's faces. It seems like they won't be happy until they're having public sex in the streets! HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A GAY PRIDE PARADE?!?

They have always walked openly among us... This is not a "modern day" issue Steve, read your Bible! If anything, THEY should thank God for that validation! Again, "endangered species"??? Ridiculous!

Wrong. It does not criminalize the majority who are not gay. The law criminalizes those who violate the rights of minorities.

6% of the population??? Only in San Fransisco, Steve...

Gee I hate it when I’m wrong...here is the new number...it appears there are more of “them” ..and growing

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Gallup finds 7.1% of U.S. adults identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or something other than straight or heterosexual. The percentage has steadily increased since Gallup first measured LGBT identification in 2012.

So, since I'm not gay, it has simply never been an issue for me... until now.
-I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A DAMN ABOUT WHO ANYONE IS HAVING SEX WITH, EXCEPT ME!
-Isn't that what the equality, they've been marching in the streets for, all these years, ultimately looks like?

You keep narrowing it down to sex and there is more to the struggle than just the sex.

-why the hell should alphabetasexuals care what "I" think?

Like I said, it’s about indifference (apathy). When you don’t care they get hurt...even die. That’s why they care what you think.

-Please consider, how stupid it is to force (someone like) "ME" to have a "POLITICAL OPINION" about someone else's "SEXUALITY"!

You added (someone like) to your previous statement. Regardless, my comment is still valid. It’s still your choice.

I must disagree Steve... These are the most important points I tried to make

I have now addressed your most important points. IMO my original post is supported by this one.

Steve

I think it's time to move on now...seems to be a little too much repressed fear coming at me. It's hard to have a conversation with someone who debates in capitals and exclamations. I'll be back after the next Lindsey Letter.

Still like your music a lot.

Steve

Creators of music have a responsibility to their craft. When they have finished using all the notes and words, they must pass them down to the next generation with a simple request. “Use these to create new music.”

Marty,

(""Imho it is not Donald Trump that threatens "democracy." It is the degenerate behaviors within our constitutional republic that threaten it, creating a backlash and giving rise to sometimes dubious "strong men" who will "fix it" by imposing "law and order."")

This is precisely where my head is at with regard to "Gun Control." Consider why predominantly democrat cities would defund their police and allow crime to run rampant in their streets...

My gun has good intentions
My gun has happy thoughts
My gun has something to say
My gun has its own law

Bang-bang, equitable bullets
Bang-bang, justice for the oppressed
Bang-bang, targeting the privileged
Bang-bang, there goes another racist

My gun won't feel sorry
My gun has no empathy
My gun don't need to pray
My gun loves the enemy

The world in my sights
My tongue licking the trigger
I'm selling bullets and rights
Like gunpowder and sugar......

My gun belongs in the street
My gun really wants peace
My gun won't discriminate
My gun hates the police

Bang-bang, what's that you were saying
Bang-bang, we're canceling your fathers
Bang-bang, your sons will die for nothing
Bang-bang, we're coming for your daughters

My gun can't be taken
My gun says bar your doors
My gun was never a crime
My gun used to be yours

The world in my sights
My tongue licking the trigger
I'm selling bullets and rights
Like gunpowder and sugar......

I believe what I believe because I want to... and I believe that's the only thing "WE ALL HAVE IN COMMON"! I also believe "that commonality" is the reason argument is perfectly natural and healthy.

I like your music too Steve smile
