Two days ago, my daughter Niamh (it's a Gaelic name, pronounced Neev) left on a long trip that will take her to several countries in Europe. I wrote her this song, which I hope is both specific (it's for her, after all) and universal in that I'm sure many parents know the feelings that inspired it. Wow! That guitarist is really workin' it! Bravo Gav! Great song, great sound too! That's the band's guitarist and my good friend Dee Sharpe on the guitar along with his son, Dee Sharpe Minor on another guitar. On the second verse they are each playing two guitars. That's how good my band is.

Haven't been around much, but yep, I'm sharing the same sentiments with my daughter who is moving out of home after her college experience to the "city" and having her own apt and life. I certainly enjoyed your song.
