Hi Everyone:
The face you observe as my "avatar" was me on Midway Island many years ago. Today, I am celebrating my 60th Wedding Anniversary with the most important "music" in my life, my Wife and four generations of family and off-spring. I hope this day is equally good for everyone of the talented people who frequent Brian's gift to us, JPF. Don't ask my age... LOL!
I'll do my best to follow up later this evening after the cake has been carved into many slices. After all, you are my "family" too!

We had a great time. Food was great and decorations were original and meaningful to us. Gavin... it is the other way around, my friend. I'm nominating her for Sainthood... putting up with a quirky old songwriter for all these years! LOL!
May all of you know the happiness I've been lucky enough to share with a lady who cares so much for her family and friends.

Wow! six decades with the same mate! You beat all odds. Congrats! Especially congrats to your little filly. It's well-known that musicians aren't the easiest people to be married to. Congratulations Dave and Mrs. Dave! Like John said, living with a musician, and especially a song writing musician is not always an easy gig for a spouse. Your wife just might qualify for sainthood. Ha! I wish you both the very best my friend.

Congratulations Dave, our next one will be 59, if I make it. One never knows how long one has left and the way this world is going, I don't know if I'd want to be in it much longer.
