Deer or Beef jerky
3lbs backstrap of deer or eye of round beef, sliced thin and in strips 2 4oz bottles of liquid smoke [hickory] 1 12oz bottle soy sauce 3tbs of Pickapeper sauce or A1 sauce 1 12oz bottle of Worcestershire sauce 2tbs salt or to taste 2tbs black pepper or to taste 2tbs garlic powder or to taste 2tbs onion powder or to taste
Put meat in large pan, pour marinade over, let soak 6 hours or overnight in fridge stirring every now and then.Drain, lay meat out on dehydrator pans then sprinkle crushed red pepper on meat if desired tangy. My dehydrator cooks this for 6 hours, other dehydrators may vary.Always check while cooking so you won't over cook.I like mine with a more steak texture and not real hard and chewy so i take mine out before it gets too tough.Share with friends or if you're smart,HIDE IT! Bon Appetite!Mike

I have stuck mainly to a veg diet because of being born with large lymph glands that has depressed my heart. Have to watch my fat and protein levels. But the pre-cooked beans and noodles seem to be the best. Having great Northern Beans or Navy Beans with ketchup or tomato paste per 12 to 16 ounce serving seems to work with any type of food tastewise. The best venicine I had the few times I had it was from a taxidermist. There is definitely a better method of preparing venecine. I am more of a beef jerky eater when I eat meat though. There is kick ass jerky from Minnesota City, Minnesota and from Old World Meats in my native Duluth. I will raid restaurants for some beef the occasion when I eat out.
