A couple years ago I got into a debate with a mathematician. I told him if you keep dividing a number in half, it will only keep getting smaller and smaller. He explained to me with long complex equations where it would eventually be "0" (nothing).
You were both right, John - it just depends on how you define "eventually". To a mathematician, "eventually" generally means "at infinite time".  Scott
