not because of the skirt steak but because it's grilled a fajita can be chicken, pork or beef, a burrito is not grilled Hm, Gary I don't see anything about grilled. Enlighten me, the closest thing I see is doing a quick heat of the tortilla. 'Course I have bad eyes.
