Movie and book titles have a lot in common with song titles. Both are trying to "hook" the audience. they are also a good place to start if you are looking for song material. Lines in movies and books are also happy hunting grounds. Wasn't the song "There is no Arizona" taken from a line spoken by Kathy Bates in the movie Dolores Claiborn?

I read the book before I wrote the song, but I used William Least Heat Moon's book title in my song "Blue Highways". The book chronicles his trip across America, driving on the roads least traveled and my song is a tribute to his journey.
