Giggin' Frogs.
It is a Country expresssion.
A gig is a barbed spike on the end of a pole.
It is use to jab into a Bullfrog and impale them.
Hence Gigging Frogs
You do that so you can eat their legs. Kind of like spear fishing, only without the fish? Almost sorry I asked. I hope they at least cook the frogs before eating their legs.
