If some enterprising person or company wants to provide a viable alternative, and will make it their mission to shun the major labels, I would be glad to join other independents to desert MySpace en masse. There are already TONS of sites to go to! Garageband, Virb, iLike, Purevolume, Last.FM...take your pick. But, remember that MySpace is still in the top 10 most-visited websites on the internet. None of those other sites even come close in reach and traffic.
