Someone get the doctor,
My heart is beating fast,
I'm getting high on rhymes,
I only hope it lasts.
It seems there was dissention,
And now there's rhyming verse,
I do detect a sweet reprieve,
From hurting, biting words.
Perhaps that is the answer,
Perhaps rhymes help us heal,
I knew that rhymes were magic,
How good they make us feel!!!
