I'm glad to hear you are making progress....and that they're sending you the discs... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR ...I have been there and done that..and I DID the very same thing....I said.."I'll wait, thank you"...and I waited and I wasn't going anywhere till someone could help me. One time...though, they did disconnect me...while I was "patiently waiting" .......I just hate hearing..."..I will fix your problem, Miss Kaley...Don't worry"...Turn your computer off...and it will be fine, Ipromise you....GRRRRRRRRRR....when I sensed in their voice..."I can't help you...you'll need to call in again"..
