Emily, The thing is, we knew that too. And, we would sometimes remark, even last night, that in 29 years, we never argued, disrespected by name calling, or even raised our voices. We disagreed from tme to time, but even that was rare. For our songs, we would go with who felt the strongest, (which didn't take much to let that be known). "Na, not feeling that,,,needs to say something better". Those kinds of things that the other would then just try something to eventuallyhave us both sayng "Yeah,,,that's it".
Brenda, Thanks for reading all that too. Freeze Farms. That was some adventure, and really magical how that day turned out. Would make a good scene in a movie for anybody. I can still see that farm and how everything is laid out. But those cows! on my street here, we see dogs and cats. To be among THAT many cows was really nuts.
Yeah,,,my dad. Wow, do I miss him. I still have yet to meet anyone like him. Close, but not exactly, with all his history and how he was in our family. A HUGE hole that no one can begin to fill. I was told at his after funeral lunch, (weird I thought), that I am now the man of the family. I just looked at them, and said honestly, "Are you kidding?". He will always be the man of this family". I was in a suit, but didn't feel anything like what he was for this family in his usual grey sweatshirt.
Thanks,,,and do keep Buddy in your thoughts. I know it is he who is needing prayers to help ease whatever he is going through in his thoughts.
And to all again: Yes, I am very lucky to have had all that with a music partner. Rare indeed, as I noticed more from being online with JPF since 98-99. Pick one. Even Brian's not sure! 2001 is with comcast email addy.
Thank you all or your time and love. John

"Defeatist Pessimists and Rose Colored Glasses Optimists are lonely companions, victims even. Both ideologies imply predestined outcomes, and therefore breed inactivity in its victims. Inaction is the only sure way to lose at anything in life. All positive action guarantees at least a fighting chance." -Brian Austin Whitney
