I just sent out an email to AK This Month, monthly Alaskan entertainment publication. I explained a little about JPF, and told him what some of my goals were - not very lofty but enough to demonstrate that I want to play a pro-active role in attempting some cohesion throughout our community.
I asked if they could help to get the word out, and haven't received a response as of yet.
We'll keep our piggy's crossed and see what happens.
