Marty, I actually did join Muse and post songs there - without any of the sniping or accusations you’re talking about. The difference is pretty clear.
You once said they “moderate dysfunction.” Honestly, that might explain why the tone there feels more focused on music than what we’re seeing here.

Here you are appealing to civil, honest and forthright relations between participants in these songwriter forums.

But…you have left a trail of writing that looks very inconsistent with this appeal.
When I consider that trail, one interpretation that emerges, is not of someone dealing honestly and with forthrightness…but an effeminate, dishonest and disingenuous weasel.

I’m sorry, but that is what comes to mind.

I don’t actually know you and have never met you. I have never even heard your voice, other than some vocal recordings here.
Therefore I have no basis to give an opinion of you other than what I read on these forums.
But the profile of an effeminate and dishonest and disingenuous weasel keeps getting reinforced to my view.

I don’t have any more time to waste on this today, but if the stream-of-crap in this thread continues, I can spell out what I have seen here that reinforces this opinion.

Regarding what I comment on here at JustPlainMoe;

This site professes a strict adherence to “freedom of speech.”

When I used to donate money, I had a desire and emotional investment in trying to make this site, strictly about songwriting and devoid of divisive topics.
I gave that up. Now, it's more of a curiosity. Looking at it through a certain lens, there is a lot of interesting information to be had here.

If I see you exercise your freedom-of-speech and put up what I view clearly as a political statement, “veiled” as a song, I will comment on any aspect of it that I choose, including the message and underlying reasoning and psychological factors. (I may also comment on form and structure)

If the ownership here, changes the rules, and makes doing so a ban-able offense, then I will be banned.
It would be dramatically inconsistent for me to be banned for expressing the opinion that you are a weasel...yet Moe isn't banned for outright, calling Kay-lynn a "cu*t.
Though, taking into consideration the overall interaction and atmosphere here...not a big surprise.


Please read these last few sentences with comprehension.
