That is not a quote that I ever remember saying.
Applied specifically to Bill Draper, I never said anything like that about him. Pleasant personality.

Applied at large, regarding this site, I cant say that I disagree with it.

I would be much more likely to say...if you organize a constructive endeavor, such as songwriting and you let dysfuntional personalities with possible pathologies run loose with free reins...choas and acrimony are inevitable and will become the main endeavor.

Having said that, I am very familiar with the Mark Twain quote;

"Never argue with a fool; observers may not be able to tell the difference."

and am guilty as charged.
