“Mirror on the Wall” is about people who blame others for problems they themselves are causing. It tells the story of someone who constantly points fingers, calls out faults, and spins lies, all while refusing to face their own responsibility. The “mirror on the wall” is a metaphor for self-reflection: eventually, no matter how much they deflect or manipulate, they have to confront the truth about their own actions. In short, it’s a universal story about personal accountability and the way some people hide behind blame, with the mirror as the inevitable reckoning. Suno prompts: catchy, anthemic, blues, bluesy pop, rock, male vocals, layered harmonies, vocal harmonies, Rhodes piano, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, funky bass, syncopated drums, string ensemble, studio recoding Mirror on the Wallhttps://soundclick.com/song/15160398[hyper-modern production with clear vocals, no autotune, Dolby Atmos mix, high-fidelity, high-definition audio and wide stereo] [Instrumental Intro] [Verse] You point at everybody like they’re doing something wrong But you’re the one who lights the fuse and swears you don’t belong You call out all the trouble like it’s falling from the sky But every time you shout it, it’s you who makes it fly [Pre-chorus] Take a look, take a look — that picture’s clear as day But you keep turning from the truth that’s staring your way [Chorus] ‘Cause you cry out “Fire!” when the flames are in your hands Say it’s someone else who keeps messing up your plans You twist it all around till the truth begins to fall But you’ll see it all When you face the mirror on the wall [Break] [Verse] You talk about the broken world that’s falling off its track But you’re the one who knocked it down and won’t admit the crack You paint a lot of villains in the stories that you tell Every lie you spin is just a room you know too well [Pre-chorus] Take a look, take a look — that picture’s clear as day But you keep turning from the truth that’s staring your way [Chorus] ‘Cause you cry out “Fire!” when the flames are in your hands Say it’s someone else who keeps messing up your plans You twist it all around till the truth begins to fall But you’ll see it all When you face the mirror on the wall [Bridge] All the blame you’re throwing’s just a cloud to hide behind But the storm you keep on fighting lives inside your mind You can run from every echo, but you can’t escape it all The truth will find you at the mirror on the wall [Interlude] [Final chorus] ‘Cause you cry out “Fire!” when the flames are in your hands Say it’s someone else who keeps messing up your plans You twist it all around till the truth begins to fall But you’ll see it all When you face the mirror on the wall [Outro] The mirror on the wall The mirror on the wall
