Sounds good.
If it is rejected, I would totally scrap the melody and try another one. It seems to follow the chord tones too much and never really stands out as a "lead' vocal.
You may also need a more distinctive lead vocalist to stand out more. Nothing wrong with the delivery, but it just is pretty basic.
Edit: I just noticed that this is posted in the "mentor" section. I am not a mentor, so take my suggestions with a grain of salt!
