It's probably better to take product advice from someone who not only knows what it is, but uses it. It's a gamechanger, especially for $29. Buy it. I use it on every vocal track. I can either use the Vocal Assistant to suggest settings, or I can call up one of many presets. From there, I adjust to where I want it to be. Or I can just open it and make my own settings. What is wonderful about Nectar is that it dials you in very close to an excellent vocal sound, right down to the harmonic overtones, without wasting time, and then it's a lot faster to find exactly the sound you want. Twenty nine bucks. Do it! I have had the Elements version for about a year, and right now I am seriously considering taking this deal to get the full Nectar 3 as well as VocalSynth for $149: https://www.pluginboutique.com/deals/show?sale_id=5587
