Doesn't seem to be too difficult John.. Roy says in a moment of madness lol.. Mainly colored clouds or smoke moving and swirling with images and text..and snow of course... It's something that I would have a go at if you want me to... Just let me know what images to use... Obviously I may be proved to be a big-headed fool.. But I'm used to that anyway... Lots of free video of swirls etc.. that could be mixed.. https://www.videvo.net/video/ink-flows-uhd-9/3872/probally lots more there as well.. would need music of course. Let me Know John... ps.
