The latest on the Music Awards Show:
We're considering moving the show until Summer on August 5th in Los Angeles. The spring/summer performance schedules of most nominees are filled in and it is too burdensome on many to change gigs etc. on short notice. So to facilitate that and also open more Venue options for both the Awards show and the other events and showcases around the main event, it makes a lot of sense (even though I am raring to go). It also will give us even more time for final round judging to pick the eventual winners and other top finishers (we recognize the top 6 songs and top 4 albums in each of the app. 150 categories.
Once we're able to finish our goal of notifying (and making aware since often emails are missed, and FB is only so effective) all of the nominees, we'll be able to get feedback on attendance interest for venue size and corresponding budget for additional showcases and gatherings. Always check in here for new info or to ask any needed questions!
