Not sure what you are seeking. A Condenser Microphone needs a Pre Amp to function properly. A Dynamic Microphone does not need any extra amplification to work as it has enough output as is.
A main Amplifier needs about 1 Volt Peak to Peak input to drive it to full output. A condenser will need a pre amp. Most of the time the pre amp will come with the microphone.
A nice budget recording unit is the Tascam DP-006. It has everything built in and a USB output you can use to send the recording to a Computer. If your computer has a CD burner you can send it to a disc.
Of course it cannot probably use any recording software etc.
