Thanks guys, got that one covered. Have the output to headphone gizmo which is great. And no noise for the household.  Ok, sure, I know it's all personal preference, but any ideas on a unit which has pre-defined presets and can also be manually controlled ? cheers, niteshift the keys player PS - yeah Colin, don't go all pro on me mate, I know it's a big ask, just something which does the job at a reasonable price. ie.a unit which does overdrive/delay/chorus/reverb +/- wah? PPS - going down the pro music store tomorrow with said daughter, and don't want to look like an old dickhead.
