Verbatim email I sent off to Fender Customer Relations: Fender Folks, Back in May I ordered a '69 Telecaster Thinline reissue in natural from my local shop (A Sound Education in Brookfield, IL). Four times, now the arrival date of the instrument has been pushed back due to "production delays." The first time I was a little bummed, but understand.
