Hi Aaron, Welcome to JPF. In the U.S., minors, anyone under the age of 18, may not enter into a contract. That means either a written or a verbal contract, so think about all that affects. Yes, communicate with the parents, often and in depth. You're getting good advice (as always  ) from MAB. Mike
