The late, great Wesley Willis gives the usage and pronunciation an interesting twist in his classic: "I Whupped Batman's A**" And by the way (as if it needed mentioning) BigAppleLyricist is way out of line. There's nothing wrong with the premise of the song, it's a lovely image and sentiment, and all it needs is another verse or bridge or something to "wrap up the story", so to speak.
