My sister, Tyra, and I will be performing November 3rd in Nashville at The Bluebird Cafe Open Mic. Starts at 6:00 PM (CST). Have no idea what number we will be.
Hope everyone here who lives in or near Nashville can stop by!

Get there early!!! There will be tons of people just waiting in line to get in the door. The earlier you arrive, the better your chances are of playing.

We already have our stamp from a previous visit, so we are guaranteed to perform next Monday...but you're right, we have to still get there early, between 5:30 and 5:45, to get our name in the basket.

Hi Shayne,sorry i'll miss you there .I'm going down again Nov22 to play the Commodore and a few other places.I've been there twice and lucked into playing there as a first timer both times because of an abundance of second timers each time we only got one song.But this time will be the first time i will play rested,both of the other times by the time i got up to play it had been 26hrs i had been awake.If i miss this time then i'll play for sure on February 16th .have a great time best of luck AJ

My sister and I loved performing there last night. There were 56 songwriters who signed up, so each act could only perform one song. We performed a song that my sister wrote, its world premiere, never sung in public before. We were received very well. Couldn't have asked for a better response.
