AGAIN, Clint  ! Your discerning ear and eye are most appreciated! We had a lot of fun with this one -- as you can imagine  . So I'm listening to "Car Talk" on NPR yesterday, and a woman calls in saying that there's nothing wrong with her car, but she wants to know how to intentionally cause a problem with it so she can have a reason to take it in to her mechanic... who she has a crush on. I'm thinkin' this song is chapter two of that story. Fun stuff! Love the word play throughout.

Hey Rob,
Here's my guy again....Listening to NPR this time? Very good...and what a wild coincidence vis-a-vis our song! I suspect there are more than a few women who face that same dilemma.
When I got my car inspected recently, I was talking to the guy in the office, and somehow we got on the subject of getting ticketed for this and that -- and how for the most part, I've been able to talk my way out of them. He said (paraphrasing), "well, you are a woman, and are not expected to know about these things". Needless to say, I was aghast...especially since I spent about 20 years in the automotive industry!
Maybe I'll send HIM a copy of this song too....see what he might have missed out on (HA!)
All that aside, thank you so much for stopping in on this one. Calvin and I had a lot of fun putting it together...and I'm glad that tone is reflected so clearly in the song.

Hey, thanks for the compliment Joe. Coming from the creator of the world's funniest song ("Alphabet Without U"), I'm honored! Calvin and I had a lot of fun working on it...I just LOVE the sound effects, think they're awesome.... As for the afore-mentioned GARAGE...only if it's one of them new-fangled three-door ones....with automatic keyless entry!! One for me, one for Calvin, and one for a Player To Be Named Later ... So like my one-eyed pool shark of a grandfather used to say, "now go put THAT in your pipe and smoke it!" Appreciate your time, feller.
