This is an online collaboration. Pete (I really don't know where he lives) wrote the music and recorded the steel string guitar.. Dan Thompson of Virginia added his unique voice and a great nylon string classical guitar lead... I wrote the lyric and added bass and drums.. Good To Be Home...at Soundclick... here are the lyrics.. Good To Be Home I turn my key Swing the door wide Switch the lights on It's nearin' twi-light time I shake off the Hi-ways and crowds, The clubs and Saloons It's good to be home Oh so good to be home with you from the long, long and lonely road Guitar in one hand I step on in from the cold I hang my hat once again I climb those stairs so fast It's good to be home Oh so good to be home with you Eyes and lips they lock together as we fall gently on to our bed She's been waitin' So have I For a moment like this to arrive It's good to be home Oh so good to be home with you It's good to be home Oh so good to be home with you It's good to be home Oh so good to be home with you from the long, long and lonely road It's good to be home darlin' (©2004)

Vocals and guitar sound OK... Lyrics are sub standard for this genre... Drums really hurt the production...not very realistic programming...even sound backwards in one section.

Don't flatter yourself chump... I critiqued your "song" and you can't handle it. Listen to it again, the drums are off. Fix it or leave it...up to you RLD

To be honest, I don't want to listen to it again...once was enough...ha ha... But here is what other folks said at Muse...
"I would control those cymbal crashes…they seemed a bit over-the-top in spots.
Those cymbal crashes don't sound to me like there placed in the right spots for a regular drummer... I think between 2:30 and 2:45 something falls apart a little with the timing. Might be good to look at your tracks in there and see whats going on..."
There's more, but that will give you a good start...
