Hey, Everyone! I haven't been on here for some time but like some folks say, I drift with the wind. Anyways, this morning I started writing the lyrics to a song. It's titled, 'Change Must Come'. I only have the first chorus put to hard drive so far, but staying within my comfort zone, I always write the chorus first. Now that I've gotten the first chorus out of the way, I'm looking for ideas on how to flesh out the verses; maybe a co-writer? Change Must Come Chorus 1 Change must come Like the rising brings each setting sun Like first light brings on the night Like wrinkles on our faces Will speak of all the places That we've seen and all the things that we've done Change must come

I am figuring this one to revive the "protest" movement which was in vogue half a century ago. Change especially when it comes to climate change, environmental change, and freedom from the grip of excessive corporate power. This could indeed prove to be a wake up call. Have at it!

here's where I'd take it...... Change Must Come Chorus 1 Change must come Like the rising brings each setting sun Like first light brings on the night Like wrinkles on our faces Will speak of all the places That we've seen and all the things that we've done Change must come But It doesn't have to be right now Can't you see that I'm milking the cow I think It can wait until later Let me finish my mashed potater http://www.soundclick.com/bands/0/calvinstewart

Change is one of my favorite topics. Its the only "constant" in life. Great job. I have a change song I will post.
