King of Clubs
Well, Vince is a prince Maureen is a queen but when friday's come Sid trumps every scene
He lives for the boom like a heart on cocaine moves like Travolta of 70's fame
He's the King of Clubs the best you've ever seen No Jack is better no matter how lean dont bleed yourself he dont show it in his face but the king of clubs is every woman's ace
Now Blake tries to block and Brady's crying brick but Sid owns the floor and winning every chick
The boys are buying in but most are calling station they're foldin up and filing out the "Sid" is one sensation
He's the King of Clubs the best you've ever seen No Jack is better no matter how lean dont bleed yourself he dont show it in his face but the king of clubs is every woman's ace
Now, Diamond Debbie She had a bad beat she was stuck in the mud till the blind stud got her racing on her feet
He's the King of Clubs the best you've ever seen No Jack is better no matter how lean dont bleed yourself he dont show it in his face but the king of clubs is every woman's ace

Must be a dance song. Lots of characters out on the floor. Travolta definitely puts it in the late 70s. I think K.C. and the Sunshine Band had one called "Queen of Clubs." Jim

I was shooting for a double entendre, where the king of clubs from the card deck is a person as well as the guy dancing in the clubs.
hence "king of clubs"
using all poker terms too.
I wondered if anyone would get it...probably wont lol

"If someone is truly a jerk, or truly is not deserving of any positive reply from you, polite indifference is the best response you can give. Do not insult. Do not slam. Do not follow the urge to be nasty. Simply be politely indifferent." –Brian Austin Whitney
