WANNABE
Stars in cars Sporty little Jag-u-ars Splashing cash like water through their hands
Glamour and glitz Bopping to the Ballroom Blitz I got swept along with all the fans
It was cool on TV And I thought I could be In fur coats and Ferraris All the women after me But I was, and remain... A wannabe
All the singers Gold upon their fingers Strutting round the stage like who knows what
How I bought the dream I was seventeen What could make my fantasy stop?
('Cause it was) Cool on TV And I thought I could be In fur coats and Ferraris All the women after me But I was, and remain... A wannabe
Top of the Pops and Ready, Steady, Go Jukebox Jury and that Supersonic show All put together in a box and stowed away And there goes yesterday And there goes yesterday…
('Cause it was) Cool on TV And I thought I could be In fur coats and Ferraris All the women after me But I was, and remain... A wannabe

Mackie,
If I can attract someone to create the music for this lyric, that'll be a step nearer.

Andy, I loved it, keep it aimed at the next step, attracting the music. Do you fool around with any of the music programs? Cakewalk? Finale? Audacity?

Pam,
I used to be an avid Cubase user, but since upgrading my Mac, I haven't got anything but Garage Band with which to tinker. I'll have to do something about that though, since it gets frustrating. I play guitar, but most of my ideas seem to demand more than that. I'm working on it.

"If someone is truly a jerk, or truly is not deserving of any positive reply from you, polite indifference is the best response you can give. Do not insult. Do not slam. Do not follow the urge to be nasty. Simply be politely indifferent." –Brian Austin Whitney
