It was a cold damp fall day. The sky was overcast with grey clouds and it was raining on and off. This was our last camping trip for 2010. There was only a handful of others who braved the weekend at Potawatomi State Park located in Wisconsin's popular Door County. (The peninsula of Wisconsin) I took this shot just before leaving the park on Sunday. ![[Linked Image]](http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb57/stoney_rohde/cgRoad_700v.jpg)

That's a nice shot, Stoney - road leads you right into it. I might be wrong, but it looks to me like you took this with the camera close to the ground - at least below eye level. That's an effective technique for emphasizing the foreground.
This would make a nice CD cover.

Scott Thank you Scott for the compliment. You were right on, I took this shot from a very low angle with my lense set at wide angle. If you or anyone else cares to use it for a cd cover I am sure something could be arranged.

Hi, Stoney. This is a really cool photo. I think the picnic table to the left needs to be cropped out. It detracts from the overall look. Just my humble opinion. Thanks for sharing. I'm way overdue to take my camera out for a few shots.
"Grits is one of those country-boy words that is both singular and plural-like deer, elk and sheep. I think the singular is appropriate when there's a modifier that makes it clear one is talking about something specific. Like, 'Grits are good for you, but these here grits is tasty.'"~~Joe Wrabek

"If someone is truly a jerk, or truly is not deserving of any positive reply from you, polite indifference is the best response you can give. Do not insult. Do not slam. Do not follow the urge to be nasty. Simply be politely indifferent." –Brian Austin Whitney
