http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDVif-yQnRIA song of awareness with a Gospel touch, a sudden understanding of the failings of one musician to give credit to the greatest muse of all, God himself. Vocals are a bit ragged, bit of a cold, but the message comes through, take time to thanks and re-discover your creator. Enjoy I Remember. I remember... Guitars strumming, and the drummer was drumming while I was singing my songs, The crowd was clapping to the beat of the music and trying to sing along. and while the music was loud and the crowd went wild, and everyone was feeling good, deep down inside of my heart I knew I wasn't living like I should. "Oh Lord, How could I ever have slipped so far away, How could I forget that day, when I was just a boy and I took you as my own, A love like yours I've never seen in all my years alone, Oh, won't you help me find my way again, Could you see fit to be my find...my friend. Well my life so disruupted was then interrupted by a love I'd known long before, the loneliness and the sorrow I'd had was a part of me no more, you see the good Lord waited till the bright lights faded, then he took me by the hand, and led me from my world of darkness, to a brand new...promised land. Oh, Lord, how can I ever thank you for how I feel, I've never known a love so real, I was just a rock-n-roll singer playing in a band living life just as I pleased, I didn't have a paln, but then you helped me find my way again, and you saw fit to be my friend, My Friend! well another interesting video
so you are a left hander playing a right hand guitar - upside down? -- is that what you always do.? there's another person Ellen Mosley on here that does this.... but somehow her sound is more typical of a right hand guitar --- I think Ben W also does this....... ?
but I'm not positive about any of the above... different sound and perspective of sound for my ears. thanks for sharing. jm

M.
A very nice melody and lyric and you sing it from your heart.
That is all a friend can ever ask.
