I know I can't make it to the showcases for lack of transport, but at least I check in and post to the boards!

I am really pleased to be part of your house concert.
Thanks for this post on the board...
Rebecca Zapen is one of our best kept secrets as far as Florida musicians go. Excellent on the violin & fiddle playing, uke, guitar and so much more. She was also one of my featured artists on Mellow Melodies a few months back.
Anyway, Rebecca just left here and we spent a couple of hours going over some of my songs for Sat. night and she really gives some extra life to them. Can't wait for you to hear it.
And she's a lovely girl!
By the way, it will be cool to say we opened for you!

Jak and Goody, I wanted let you know it appears Rebecca Zaphen has won the Florida spot for the most songs selected in the JPF awards (3). Congratulations to Rebecca a wonderful woman full of spark. Should be a good addition to the lineup.

Actually, some of us are fairly active, but mostly on the other boards. Richard, Colin, and Stan are some Tampa members I see a lot on other boards. Participating on the other boards is what actually brings more attention to our chapter and members.
