hello folks...
i am new here...anyway...i am also a vocalist...not part of any band yet...! mostly of rock, alternative and lil of punk genre...
so i want to know what you people have opinion about screaming in the song...! i mean is it adorable and welcomed into music...!?
so many bands these days do screaming..! i have to mention Linkin Park...it's lead vocalist Chester can incredibaly scream and hold it longer...! and few other successfull...!
so what my point is is screaming can make a song hit...!
and thoughts...?

Hey Neo Here is a link to an earlier thread about this same subject... it's got some lively banter.. (some of my own), but there is lots of good information as well.. Don't worry once you get to where me and Big Jim are verbaly sparring... we are good friends these days  Derek Scream yell.

hahaha i sometimes make weird screaming and noises but that's becuase i'm sort of gothic sometimes, it depends on the mood of the song, don't think there's a formula for this
either way
