How do I get my keyboard to sound like the guy in the doors, specifically light my fire? Like, he just sounds so incredible. Obviously I have to learn the song, but once I do, is there a setting on my yamaha or do I have to buy a synthesizer? Also, anyone else agree he is the best keyboard player of all time?

Right behind Ray Charles, and Stevie Wonder, Oh, and Chick Corea and Kenny Kirkland. Oh, and Herbie Hancock.
Oh, and Greg Phillingaines.
Oh, I forgot Rick Wakeman.
Oh, Bernie Worrell.
Then Ray Manzarek

There are a lot of "classic keyboards" samples available, but you would need a sampler to use them.
It's interesting that you would want to sound like that. The organ players of the period mostly thought the sounds made by the portable organs (Vox, Farfisa) were annoyingly cheezy. They settled for them because a real organ was expensive as hell and took four guys and a truck to get them anywhere. Some bands did it anyway.
The best rock keyboard player is Garth Hudson (The Band). This has been verified by God and is not debatable.
