Just thought I'd throw up the chance for keyplayers to list what they use. Myself, I have a small studio in the front of my condo where a Yamaha P-80 digital piano sits across from 1 year old Yamaha C-3 grand. The C-3 has been voiced to sound deep and rich but I left most of the brightness that Yamaha grands are known for. Since I'm way into Jazz, I really need that presence. The P-80 MIDI patches into a Roland XV-5050 synth mod, all controlled from a Behringer 12 channel mixer and fed into twin Roland KC-500 cabinets. ------------------ If you dig Jazz visit A Passion for Jazz! My axe....sometimes I have to laugh to myself on this one! I really don't fit into any catagory here, but this is about as close as it gets. I use a Yamaha WX5 (wind midi controller) pluged into a Yamaha VL70-m virtual acustic tone generator (not a synth).

wow im drooling!im a guitar player who really wants to learn a piano. - michael james moore My studio is in Ocean Beach, not really that far from you. Students often drive that distance. <added> Well, I attempted to link a map using UBB code, but I think the string is too long for the editor to properly parse, but there's a map attached from this page </added> [This message has been edited by keyplyr (edited 11-14-2002).]
