Note: I spoke with Megan's father last night and they are looking for positive message material for an album - Megan's last release was top 5 on the contemporary christain chart and she has received a Dove award. I thought I would pass this along and hopefully sone of you Songwriter's cna help her out! Group Moderator.....
Hi, My name is Meagan and i am on a christian label. I am 14yrs old and love country music and I told the label last week that I wanted to sing some positive country songs and he told me to bring him some. Help!!! Last week I was in nashville and met a few writers at the bluebird cafe and they invited me and my family to the wildhorse and we sang a song there I think the singer on stage was sonny burgess and he was really nice and the writer was greg crowe. It has to have a good positive message in it or i don't think the label will record it. I want to sing some new songs at the Christian Country Music Asso. awards show in November. Maybe i will get to sing one of them at the Ryman. Last year I was a presenter with brian white and was nominated as the new artist of the year. Let me know if you can help if you want one of my cd's they are in walmart or i can mail you one so you can hear my voice.
