Hi Memphis and surrounding area!
Lets get a chapter going here. If we get at least 10 active members, we might talk Brian into doing a showcase here. There is a lot of talent here worth showing off. I am hoping you Memphis musicians will contact me and lets get this ball rolling. I am gonna be contacting those of you that I know personally, and hoping that you will pass this on to those you know that might like to be involved...

Hi, Kenna & Brian!
I've met Terri Lynn in Nashville and hoped to catch one of her meetings sometime, but Memphis is way closer to me (1 1/2 hr drive as opposed to 4 1/2). Actually randyman & I live in the same town!!! Hoping to hook up with him and maybe we can add to a Memphis nucleus that's forming.
"E" me with more info when you have it. I love Nashville but am actually FROM Memphis & go back there lots!

Hiya...
Randy and Cindy, consider yourselfs charter members of the new Memphis Chapter. I have several other committments from people who have already signed up and contacts within the Memphis Songwriters Association and the Memphis Music Community who are willing to give the JPF chapter here a jumpstart. I think its now time to have a meeting, which I will offer my home to host as we discuss the venues available here in Memphis for the possibilities of other members coming here to play and for our Memphis members showcasing opportunities....
Since both Randy and Cindy are from Grenada, which is about an hour and a half from memphis, I say you guys let me know when would be a convenient time for us to meet, and I will arrange all the locals around you guys being able to be here. Let me know...you can e me here at jpf
