Hi Guys! Don't know if any of you remember www.SarahSPencer.com, but we have been a member of and received great info from JPF for a few years not. Does anyone have some reliable info on copyright laws for music. This is as far as if someone was to record a Christmas CD of about 15 songs (some standards and some contemporary), sold the CD for about $10 each, and 100% of the proceeds was donated to a Catholic Church. Do we have to pay the 8.5% or whatever in royalties as well? Thank you!!
