I am a very active JPF member, primarily on the lyric boards, and I would be willing to help someone co ordinate a Toronto chapter, however, be warned music for me is simply a serious hobby for me.
I lack a good understanding of the needs of performers and the local music scene, and as a practicing CA, I lack the necessary time, so I cannot take a lead role.
But if you are willing to do so, I'd certainly help.
If writing ever becomes work I think I'm going to have to stop

Thanks for posting, hopefully we can at least get the folks who performed in Toronto last year to get involved. That would give us over 40 members to start with.
