Wow! Thanks Al for your technical input. Working on a deadline so I don't have time to remix before submitting. But we have more recording to do. From now on I'm thinking I should send each track into audacity for mixing there on the computer. I didn't eq each track. I've been playing with the pan knobs and it does make a huge diff. Not sure what to do with bass, so I leave it out front. I cloned the lead vocal which was a big help to get fatter vocals.
Very cool advice, however I'm pretty tech illiterate. I don't know a hz when I see one. But when I come across one on my bass track I'll tell him what you said!
